Hey there! I just changed my blogskin :) It's a little user-unfriendly because you can't navigate my past posts by headings or hashtags. So i'm gonna update the codings, stay tuned! (The font's kinda hard to read too..other than these 3 peeves, i'm quite satisfied) Follow me on the links below! :) 29/4/2015.

Started this blog during the last few weeks of SEM1(AY2014/15) cos' i regained interest in blogging. I blog about anything - news, social issues, music - but mostly about my university life :) Hope my posts will help you to make better life (and module) choices! Currently a Sociology Major. Still fresh. xD

Let's put away all the sad scary memories!

Haha. Finally adjusting to uni life.

Doing my soci mind map now..on religion..which made me think about my faith in my religion. OH WELL. Anw i just realised my prof's ppt has points that are damn similar to this website haha *oops~

Sociology welfare pack giveaway's next tues!! I hope it'll run smoothly! So far so good. Just that we are still settling a company's voucher sponsorship..have a feeling we won't be able to get it though. Well but we have enough goodies anw :D

REALLY REALLY STRESSED FOR FINALS. I don't show it but i really am damn scared.):
Sucks cos being depressed shrinks ur hippocampus LOL which makes me sadder and its a sad vicious cycle.

But i'm happier nowadays cos people actually rmbered my birthday and got me gifts! Yay! Even new friends i made during lectures gave me a cute pouch :) Loved it :))

Cheers to a more productive tomorrow! LOL

Today wasn't so productive cos Swee and jh came over to collect goodies in my storeroom and i kinda got distracted hahaha.

SOCI SOC Gathering @ my house after finals!! woohoo! can't wait! My house is pretty small though. 麻雀虽小，五脏俱全。heh. Got mr piggy-nose turtle and my guitar to entertain you guys XD

Meeting up with JS group members at science tmr! haha maybe we can drop by platypus restaurant, looks pretty cool. #veggies

Eating bf with esther at starbucks tmr! Got starbucks e-voucher by doing a survey haha wheet~~ can't wait!! :D

LAST BIO PRAC TMR. But its damn tough. its about plants and the lecture was really content heavy. Gotta read the tb before i go prac! Met this nice senior who helped me out during prac and we discussed the answers haha. I like making new friends during tutorials hehe.

Sometimes i wonder if i'm in the right faculty..

Am i suited to do sociology? Is it really my interest?

And sometimes i think there's no suitable faculty for me LOL

I like music but i dislike the technicalities.. haha. Guess i don't love it enough to accept those imperfections? Wo ye yi jin lao le.. hard to pick up music at old age. haha. "OLD"

Hard to pick up a new language as well. But one of the reasons why i decided to come to FASS was cos of the language modules. I know i'll regret if i don't take a language mod. But i see my friends struggling and complaining.. I don't know if i can cope with it but i will still take it. For exposure, for fun, but grades still matter luh. sAD.. i like trying things for fun but not get graded haha.

I hope i can get 3-4 As this sem! Midterms was okay..except for psych (i'm below the mean..i didn't understand the content as well as i thought) Trying a new study method. Hope it works! As for soci..it was pretty hard and we haven't got back the grades yet. Bio pracs are pulling my marks up ^^ I hope we can ace our JS project! Public Health looks fine too. But i heard most people get Bs for it..hmm.

University life is really flexible and with good time management, one can juggle between sch, cca & their friends well. Seen many peeps who've done that! I hope i can balance my time better! Wanna spend more time on guitar heehee.

Sometimes I wonder how people see me and what they think of me. It scares me a bit, honestly. I am sure though, that what they think of me, what they think my life is, is a complete misperception. I have always tried to show myself as a carefree person, as someone who wont get bothered because of public judgements. I am sure my friend and family think there is nothing going wrong in my life, that I do not worry enough, that I am always happy. And I am sure they probably somewhat hate me for it because, lets admit it, there is nothing worse than seeing someone who is life seems so perfect while yours is a complete mess. Truth is, I have become an expert at pretending. I think we are all experts or at least we are getting there.
